It's the time of year we recognize the folks we consider rock stars...

The hardworking people who keep the lights on, water running, and air flowing—the next generation of skilled workers who will work smart and hard.

The Work Ethic Scholarship Program is about recognizing the people who understand the importance of personal responsibility, delayed gratification, a positive attitude, and, of course, work ethic. These are the folks we consider rock stars, and we want to reward them.

We're now accepting applications for the 2020 Work Ethic Scholarship Program. If you want to help us make work cool again, check out the details below and apply now.

Don’t get us wrong—it ain’t easy being a rock star.

There'll be hoops to jump through. The short version is, you'll have to:
  • Enroll in an approved program.
  • Sign The S.W.E.A.T. Pledge.
  • Send at least 2 references from bosses/teachers.
  • Answer 4 questions.
  • Make a short video.
  • Verify school costs.
  • Provide high school/college transcript.
  • Submit financial info.
  • Apply by 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2020.

Fair warning: the Work Ethic Scholarship Program is not for everyone.  But if you’re someone who shows up early, stays late, and busts your ass day in and day out, get your application ready.

Gamez Gets It!

Michael Gamez epitomizes work ethic. He knows that good things don’t happen by accident. You have to do the work to get the reward, and Michael worked hard to become an automotive master tech. Where did Michael get his strong work ethic? You might say it runs in the family.

A special thanks to the sponsors that help make this program possible!
